Maintain flexibility and strength in the key muscle groups and joints to keep you enjoying the game of golf for as long as possible.  We all get stiffer as we age but the correct exercise can slow this process and often reverse it to a certain degree. The old adage of use it or lose it is applicable here.

A TPI screening will identify where you need to focus your efforts to keep your body functioning to the levels required to get the most out of your golf game.  This will also carry over into how your body performs in everyday life.  Look after your body, it’s the only place you have to live!
